How much does it cost?

You can use Rate My Meeting for free. Period. One day that might change, but for now I invite you to support the development if you found the service useful.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Nothing! Rate My Meeting is currently free for everyone to use as much as they want. So go nuts 🥜!

Is Rate My Meeting secure?

I'd like to think yes. Most importantly your payment data is not stored by me, but by the engineers at Stripe. Personal identifiable data is stored outside of the public domain and can only be accessed by me.

How is my privacy and data protected?

First, I do not share your data with any of our 3rd parties. Second, I prefer working with privacy-focused 3rd parties or in-house solutions. To illustrate, for our product analytics, we work with Plausible rather than Google, and for e-mail communication, we use our own servers rather than Mailchimp. Doing this decreases the likelihood of backdoors. Refer to the privacy statement for an up to date list of current 3rd party solutions.

We are GDPR compliant, and Privacy Shield certified.

How do I add users/team members?

Once you have signed-up for a Team account, you can control your members by going to Team and then Manage.

What integrations are available?

You can connect your Google Calendar. I am beta testing Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft. Contact me to learn more.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

No, not really. Because, you know. It's free.

Hi 👋! I'm Xander. Ex-consultant, ex-corporate based out of Amsterdam (NL). I too have had my fair share of painful meetings. Ask anyone and they will tell you "meetings are a necessary evil", yet I believe meetings can actually give more energy than you put in.
